I
completed
my
treatment
on
April
19th.
Ended
up
getting
really
bad
radiation
burn
in
my
armpits
but
it's
peeling
away
now.
:)
For
a
while
there
it
hurt
to
get
dressed
or
raise
my
arms
at
all.
Glad
that
part
is
over.

After
being
diagnosed
with
Medullary
Thyroid
cancer
and
having
a
collosal
12
hour
surgery
at
Jackson
Memorial
Hospital,in
Miami,
Florida,
the
tumors
grew
back
in
2
months.
Dr.
David
Arnold
removed
my
thyroid(total
thyroidectomy)
and
stage
3

in
remission
as
of
March
6th!
Tomorrow
I
see
the
radiation
oncologist
about
how
many
hits
of
that
I
will
get.
Most
likely
only
4
weeks
or
less.
Yay!
Almost
all
done!
