Need more scans and surgery

Next Thursday I go for more follow-up scans of my abdomen, pelvis and spine because my calcitonin level, cancer marker is slightly worse than the last test. And I'm having trouble swallowing my food so I need another esophagus dilation where they stretch the esophagus-not sure on the date yet.
I still take the Peak Immune 4 to strengthen my immune system.
