ABOUT ME
My name is Matthew Zachary and I was diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer six months before my college graduation. Everything changed, including my dream of being a film compose, but I chose to get busy living. I'm a concert pianist and composer by trade with 9 years experience in advertising, marketing and cancer advocacy. but now I'm giving back to the cancer community with my foundation Steps For Living. Hi,

I admire you ! and your postive way of living life.

I agree with Michael, you should open a music forum..I would like that also..

I was diagnosed with follicular non hodgkins lymphoma in 2003, and with the help of my treatments, a great oncologist, and my faith, I have been fortunate to still be in "stable" remission...

I know what it feels like, emotionally to get that diagnosis of cancer..it does change your whole life around..but we must keep our chin up, stay positive, and don't sweat the small stuff.

In fact, it's the little things in life I treasure more than ever. I"m sure you feel the same.
