My name is Madeleen Herreshoff, Director of CANHELP,a cancer treatment information service (
CANHELP). One of my main role as Director of CANHELP is to share information and to support the cancer patient in making decisions that are right for them.
I am also a two-time breast cancer survivor. I will probably wear two hats here in the discussions.
If you are interested in my breast cancer story I suggest you go to
MyStory.
If you are like me, I am always interested in knowing what other cancer patients are doing to stay in remission or stable. So let me tell you what I am presently doing to remain in a healthy remission: now 11 years! P.S. This is my protocol and is not to be construed as medical advice.
First mind/body:
meditation/breathing/yoga/walking to reduce stress

Spend time with my family

liver/gallbladder cleanse
and whatever else catches my fancy.
